1. Get your I-20
After you are accepted and confirm enrollment, your school issues the Form I-20 needed for your visa application.
2. Pay fees and apply
Pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 form and schedule your visa interview at a US embassy or consulate.
3. Prepare for the interview
Bring your documents, know your study plan and be ready to explain how you will fund your education.
